Cancellation of reservations 2021
Here is our cancellation policy for 2021
If you book your holiday before 31/5 , you can cancel it for any reason up to the eighth day before the start of the holiday (for example: you book 2/5 for the period 14/8 - 21/8 .... .. you have until August 6 to cancel the reservation), losing only the "preventive management" cost of 70 euros.
From 1/6/2021 you will be withheld the first night of stay in case of cancellation, within the eighth day before departure (for example, book a holiday on 1/6 from 14/8 to 21/8 at a cost of 1.000 euros the penalty of about 143 euros will be withheld);
From the seventh day before departure, the penalty is 100% for all bookings made without date limits (if you cancel 7/8 even if you booked before 31/5 you lose 100%).
Consider that we have ALWAYS proposed to our customers who have had to cancel, to use the credit for a future reservation over the years or to transfer the same to friends / relatives in order not to lose the amount paid, in agreement with the Resort Management.
Cancellations must be communicated by customers in writing via email sent to info@costabluresidence.it. Only the date of the email received will be considered as useful
